- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup self-raising flour (about 100g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a loaf or round cake pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Add Biscoff spread and mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Gently fold in the self-raising flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve plain or topped with whipped cream, crushed cookies, or a drizzle of extra Biscoff spread.
