Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet if using an oven.
  2. In a bowl, toss carrot slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket or spread slices on the baking sheet in a single layer.
