Description

Tender pork slices stir-fried in a rich, spicy gochujang sauce with garlic, soy, and sesame oil, all ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights with big flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pork loin or shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the pork, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. Toss to coat well.
  3. Ensure your skillet is hot. Do not add oil.
  4. Add pork to the skillet in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the pork is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with optional sesame seeds or green onions.
  7. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or in lettuce wraps.

Notes

  • Marinate pork for at least 10 minutes for deeper flavor.
  • Do not overcrowd the skillet, it prevents caramelization.
  • Add chili flakes for extra heat or honey for sweetness.
