- 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the pork, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. Toss to coat well.
- Ensure your skillet is hot. Do not add oil.
- Add pork to the skillet in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the pork is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with optional sesame seeds or green onions.
- Serve hot over rice, noodles, or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
- Marinate pork for at least 10 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Do not overcrowd the skillet, it prevents caramelization.
