Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones are a no-bake dessert made with waffle cones, creamy cheesecake filling, strawberry topping, and a delicious crunchy strawberry shortcake crumble.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling or diced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup crushed Golden Oreos
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- In another bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter to create the crunch topping.
- Fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Top each cone with strawberry filling and a generous sprinkle of the crunch topping.
- Optionally, add whipped cream on top and more crumble for garnish.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can prepare the cheesecake filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
- Substitute strawberries with raspberries or blueberries for variety.
- Use mini cones for bite-sized party treats.
