Description

Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones are a no-bake dessert made with waffle cones, creamy cheesecake filling, strawberry topping, and a delicious crunchy strawberry shortcake crumble.


Ingredients

  • 6 waffle cones
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling or diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed Golden Oreos
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  5. In another bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter to create the crunch topping.
  6. Fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  7. Top each cone with strawberry filling and a generous sprinkle of the crunch topping.
  8. Optionally, add whipped cream on top and more crumble for garnish.
  9. Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • You can prepare the cheesecake filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
  • Substitute strawberries with raspberries or blueberries for variety.
  • Use mini cones for bite-sized party treats.
