Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and allow it to heat for about 3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to form a seasoning mixture.
- Pat the chicken fillets dry with paper towels.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and coat evenly with the seasoning mixture on all sides.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket and place the chicken in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for another 6 to 8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Remove from the air fryer and let the chicken rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
- Allow the chicken to rest before slicing so the juices stay inside.
- If the fillets are very thick, pound them slightly so they cook evenly.
- Leftover chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
