- 1 cup powdered sugar
- A few drops pink food coloring
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and lightly grease heart shaped donut molds.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the molds, filling each about three quarters full.
- Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes until the donuts are lightly golden and set.
- Allow the donuts to cool slightly.
- Mix powdered sugar with a small amount of milk and pink food coloring to form a glaze.
- Dip or drizzle the glaze over the donuts and finish with sprinkles.
Notes
- Do not overmix the batter to keep the donuts soft.
- Let donuts cool slightly before glazing so the glaze sets nicely.
