Description

Air Fryer Pizza is a quick and easy way to enjoy homemade pizza with a crispy crust and melty cheese in just minutes. Perfect for individual portions, it’s a fun and customizable meal for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

  • 1 store-bought or homemade pizza dough ball (about 200g)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 68 slices of pepperoni or your favorite toppings
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to fit your air fryer basket (usually about 6–8 inches).
  3. Carefully transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add pepperoni or desired toppings. Sprinkle oregano if using.
  6. Brush the crust with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  7. Transfer the pizza with the parchment paper into the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 7–10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
