- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- Flour for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to fit your air fryer basket (usually about 6–8 inches).
- Carefully transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add pepperoni or desired toppings. Sprinkle oregano if using.
- Brush the crust with olive oil for extra crispiness.
- Transfer the pizza with the parchment paper into the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 7–10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
