Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 green chili peppers (jalapeños or aji amarillo), seeded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in a jar for up to 1 week.
