Ingredients

- Apples: 3 medium, peeled and diced
- Brown Sugar: 1/4 cup
- Granulated Sugar: 2 tablespoons

- Nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
- Egg: 1, beaten
- Coarse Sugar: For sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
