- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 1/2 cups apple pie filling (chopped if chunky)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- Open biscuit can and separate biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, mix chopped apple pie filling with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Spoon a tablespoon of filling into the center of each biscuit. Fold and seal edges by pinching to form a ball or half-moon shape.
- Place filled biscuits on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make a glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm biscuits before serving.
