These creamy avocado fudgesicles blend rich chocolate flavor with the smoothness of ripe avocados and coconut milk for a healthy, dairy-free frozen treat.

- 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut milk, and salt.
- Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until solid.
- To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently remove the fudgesicles.
Notes
- Use perfectly ripe avocados for best flavor and texture.
- Let fudgesicles sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating for the best bite.
- Add a tablespoon of melted dark chocolate for richer flavor.
