Description

These creamy avocado fudgesicles blend rich chocolate flavor with the smoothness of ripe avocados and coconut milk for a healthy, dairy-free frozen treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut milk, and salt.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until solid.
  5. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently remove the fudgesicles.

Notes

  • Use perfectly ripe avocados for best flavor and texture.
  • Let fudgesicles sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating for the best bite.
  • Add a tablespoon of melted dark chocolate for richer flavor.
