Description

This savory Baby Swiss Appetizer Cheesecake combines creamy cheeses, herbs, and a crispy cracker crust — perfect for serving at parties or holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed buttery crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded baby Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Mix crushed crackers and melted butter; press into bottom of a springform pan to form a base.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, shredded baby Swiss, green onions, eggs, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture over cracker base.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Remove from springform pan, cut into small wedges, and serve.
