- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly inside.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
