Description

Tender, juicy chicken thighs baked in a rich honey mustard glaze with garlic and rosemary. This dish is sweet, tangy, and perfect for weeknights or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in the baking dish, skin side up. Spoon or brush the sauce generously over each piece.
  4. Let chicken marinate in the sauce for 15–30 minutes if time allows.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, basting once or twice, until chicken is cooked through and golden.
  6. Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a deeper caramelized finish.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving with extra sauce drizzled on top.
