  • 4 (6-ounce) cod fillets
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice and zest of 1 large lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Pat the cod fillets dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.
