Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, then whisk in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips evenly.
- Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set and centers are soft.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly before serving.
