- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 2 bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Combine crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into bottom of a 9×9-inch pan to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Pour pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, add sliced bananas on top.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk for the pudding.
- Make sure to refrigerate for at least 2 hours for proper setting.
- Add additional toppings like crushed wafers or caramel if you wish.
