Description

Banana Pudding Cheesecake Squares combine creamy cheesecake, rich banana pudding, and a crispy vanilla wafer crust into a decadent, no-bake treat!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into bottom of a 9×9-inch pan to form a crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  5. Pour pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Before serving, add sliced bananas on top.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk for the pudding.
  • Make sure to refrigerate for at least 2 hours for proper setting.
