- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, red onion, and parsley.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and toss lightly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
