Biscuits Gravy Hashbrown Casserole is a hearty, all-in-one breakfast bake. It combines crispy hashbrowns, savory sausage, creamy gravy, buttery biscuits, and melty cheddar for a rich and comforting meal!

- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 1 bag (20 oz) shredded hashbrowns
- 1 packet (2.75 oz) country gravy mix
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
- Brown ground sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Arrange hashbrowns evenly in bottom of casserole dish. Top with browned sausage.
- Whisk country gravy mix with water in a saucepan and bring to a boil; cook until thickened. Pour over sausage and hashbrowns.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and scatter evenly over the casserole.
- Top with shredded cheddar and black pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until biscuits are golden and casserole is bubbly.
Notes
- For additional flavor, you can add diced peppers or onions to the sausage.
- Make this the night before and refrigerate overnight; just bake in the morning.
- Pair it with a side of fruit for a complete breakfast.
