Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture onto 4 slices of bread and top with fresh blueberries.
- Top each with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides well.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
