Description
This quick and easy flatbread recipe takes only 10 minutes from start to finish. Perfect for serving with dips, soups, or as a base for wraps and sandwiches. No yeast, no oven, and no rising time needed!

- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup (180ml) plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Cook each flatbread for about 1–2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and puffed in spots.
- Transfer to a plate and cover with a clean towel to keep warm. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, mix minced garlic or herbs into the dough.
- You can substitute yogurt with sour cream or plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free version.
- Perfect as a side for curries, soups, or as a wrap for sandwiches.
