- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Wooden or metal skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Thread coated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or air fry for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning.
- Use chicken thighs for even juicier skewers.
- Serve with honey mustard, garlic aioli, or marinara sauce.
