Description

Soft breakfast sliders filled with fluffy eggs, savory sausage patties, and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for cozy mornings, brunch gatherings, or make-ahead breakfasts.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 large eggs
  • 12 breakfast sausage patties
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter evenly across the surface.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook gently, stirring slowly, until the eggs are just set and fluffy. Remove and keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the breakfast sausage patties until fully cooked and browned on both sides.
  5. Slice the slider buns if needed and place a portion of eggs on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Add one sausage patty on top of the eggs and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover with the top buns and serve warm.

Notes
