- 8 large eggs
- 12 breakfast sausage patties
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter evenly across the surface.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook gently, stirring slowly, until the eggs are just set and fluffy. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, cook the breakfast sausage patties until fully cooked and browned on both sides.
- Slice the slider buns if needed and place a portion of eggs on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add one sausage patty on top of the eggs and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with the top buns and serve warm.
