Description

Savory breakfast pizza loaded with fluffy scrambled eggs, melted mozzarella, and sweet bell peppers, all on a golden crispy crust. Perfect for brunch or a comforting morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and place pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a skillet until just set.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on parchment paper. Brush edges with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle a portion of mozzarella over the dough. Add scrambled eggs, sautéed peppers and onions, then top with remaining cheese.
  5. Transfer to oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy.

  • Use pre-baked crust for quicker prep.
  • Lightly sauté veggies before topping to avoid sogginess.
