- 500 grams chicken nuggets
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- fresh basil, a handful, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix marinara sauce with minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Cook the chicken nuggets according to package instructions until crispy, then arrange them in the baking dish.
- Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the nuggets.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, add fresh chopped basil, let rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.

- Crisp the nuggets well before adding sauce to avoid sogginess
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting and flavor
