- 2 shots espresso (about 2 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cold whole milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Preheat your espresso machine or Moka pot.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until dissolved into a syrup. Set aside.
- Brew the espresso and pour it over ice in your serving glass.
- Stir the brown sugar cinnamon syrup into the espresso.
- In a separate cup, mix cold milk and cream, then froth using a milk frother or whisk until thick and foamy.
- Spoon the cold foam over the espresso.
- Dust with a pinch of cinnamon and serve.
