Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, halved
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  4. Rub each slice with the cut side of garlic for flavor.
  5. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
