Description

A bold and satisfying pizza topped with spicy buffalo chicken, melted mozzarella, and a creamy drizzle that balances every bite perfectly.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Lightly brush a baking sheet or pizza stone with olive oil.
  4. Spread the pizza dough evenly, then add the buffalo chicken, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and drizzle a little ranch dressing.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle extra ranch dressing, and sprinkle chopped green onions.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
