- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C.
- In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Lightly brush a baking sheet or pizza stone with olive oil.
- Spread the pizza dough evenly, then add the buffalo chicken, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and drizzle a little ranch dressing.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle extra ranch dressing, and sprinkle chopped green onions.
- Slice and serve warm.
