Description

Butterfinger Pie is a decadent, no-bake dessert that combines a creamy peanut butter filling with crushed Butterfinger candy bars and a graham cracker crust. It’s a rich and indulgent treat perfect for any occasion.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
  • Additional crushed Butterfinger for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the crushed Butterfingers, reserving a small amount for topping.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Top with whipped topping and additional crushed Butterfinger if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the pie to set.
