- Additional crushed Butterfinger for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Stir in the crushed Butterfingers, reserving a small amount for topping.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
- Top with whipped topping and additional crushed Butterfinger if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the pie to set.
