- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz (55g) cream cheese, cubed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in garlic and Cajun seasoning, and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine.
- Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese. Stir until all cheeses melt and sauce becomes creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to control the spice level.
- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or sausage for variation.
