Description

Cajun Beef Spaghetti in Creamy Three-Cheese Parmesan Sauce is a bold and hearty pasta dish combining spicy Cajun-seasoned ground beef with a rich and creamy sauce made from Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese, all tossed with spaghetti.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (340g) spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz (55g) cream cheese, cubed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in garlic and Cajun seasoning, and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese. Stir until all cheeses melt and sauce becomes creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to control the spice level.
  • You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or sausage for variation.
  • For extra heat, add red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
