Description

This Cajun Shrimp Dip is creamy, spicy, and loaded with tender shrimp, melty cheese, and bold Cajun flavor. Perfect for parties, game days, or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a small baking dish.
  2. Sauté shrimp in a skillet until just pink, then set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in shrimp, red bell pepper, green onions, and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden crust.
  8. Garnish with extra green onions or paprika and serve warm with chips or bread.
