- 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a small baking dish.
- Sauté shrimp in a skillet until just pink, then set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in shrimp, red bell pepper, green onions, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden crust.
- Garnish with extra green onions or paprika and serve warm with chips or bread.
