- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Crusty bread, for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, onion powder, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
- Add a splash of oil to the skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.
- Turn off heat and stir in butter until melted and the sauce is glossy.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread.
