Description

This Caramel Apple Chocolate Bark is a sweet, salty, and crunchy treat layered with dark chocolate, tart green apples, crushed pretzels, and rich caramel drizzle. Perfect for gifting, snacking, or celebrating fall flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Caramel Candies, unwrapped
  • 1 medium Green Apple, diced finely
  • 1 cup Mini Pretzels, roughly crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer, about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Quickly top with diced apples and crushed pretzels, pressing gently into the chocolate.
  5. Melt caramel candies with butter in the microwave and drizzle over the top.
  6. Let the bark sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes or until completely set.
  7. Once set, remove from the fridge and break into pieces with your hands or a knife.
  8. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Make sure apples are dry to avoid sogginess.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt for enhanced flavor.
  • Use quality chocolate for best results.
  • Don’t freeze if using fresh apple chunks.
