Caramel Apple Fudge is a rich, creamy candy treat bursting with the flavors of sweet caramel and tart green apples, perfect for fall gatherings or festive gifts.

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package instant apple cider drink mix (7 packets or about 0.74 oz each)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Stir in the apple cider mix and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the fudge layer and gently swirl it with a knife.
- Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and swirl again lightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or until completely set.
- Once set, cut into small squares and serve.
Notes
- Use a tart green apple cider mix for a sharper flavor contrast.
- Store fudge in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- For a more decadent version, sprinkle sea salt on top after swirling the caramel.
