Description

Elegant, bite-sized sliders featuring creamy crème fraîche and luxurious caviar on buttery toasted brioche buns — perfect for upscale gatherings or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • Mini brioche slider buns: 8
  • Crème fraîche: ½ cup
  • Premium caviar or fish roe: 2 ounces
  • Fresh chives, finely chopped: 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon
  • Unsalted butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Mix crème fraîche with a pinch of salt and pepper. Chill until ready to use.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet and toast brioche buns cut-side down until golden, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Spread crème fraîche generously on each bottom bun half.
  5. Add a small dollop of caviar atop the crème fraîche layer.
  6. Sprinkle with chives and lemon zest. Top with the other bun half if desired.
  7. Serve immediately on a chilled platter.
