Ingredients
- Mini brioche slider buns: 8
- Crème fraîche: ½ cup
- Premium caviar or fish roe: 2 ounces
- Fresh chives, finely chopped: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon
- Unsalted butter: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper: To taste
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Mix crème fraîche with a pinch of salt and pepper. Chill until ready to use.
- Melt butter in the skillet and toast brioche buns cut-side down until golden, about 1–2 minutes.
- Spread crème fraîche generously on each bottom bun half.
- Add a small dollop of caviar atop the crème fraîche layer.
- Sprinkle with chives and lemon zest. Top with the other bun half if desired.
- Serve immediately on a chilled platter.
