- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, extra cheese, ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a lightly oiled grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside is golden brown.
- Toast the burger buns if desired, then assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.
Notes
- Ground turkey can be used in place of chicken.
- Make the patties ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before cooking.
