Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the white rice according to package instructions and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, grated parmesan cheese, dried mixed herbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
