Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: 16 oz, softened
- Shredded Sharp Cheddar: 1 cup
- Chopped Pecans: ½ cup, toasted
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes: ¼ cup, finely chopped
- Green Olives: ¼ cup, sliced
- Garlic Powder: ½ teaspoon
- Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Dried Chives: 1 tablespoon
- Salt and Pepper: To taste
- Optional Garnishes: Fresh rosemary sprigs or extra chopped nuts
Instructions
- Let cream cheese soften to room temperature for easy mixing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, tomatoes, olives, parsley, garlic powder, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Lay plastic wrap on your work surface and sprinkle half the pecans onto it.
