Description
Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a delightful no-bake dessert made by filling fresh strawberries with a creamy, sweet cheesecake mixture. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a light indulgent treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound fresh strawberries (about 20 large strawberries)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for topping)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the strawberries. Slice off the green tops to create a flat base, then cut an ‘X’ in the tip of each strawberry, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or zip-top bag with a star tip.
- Carefully pipe the filling into each strawberry, gently opening the sections to fill.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top for a classic cheesecake touch.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use a melon baller to slightly hollow out the center if you prefer more filling.
- Try flavoring the filling with lemon zest or almond extract for variation.
- For a lighter version, use whipped cream cheese or Greek yogurt in place of regular cream cheese.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 6 hours for best texture.
