- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, fajita seasoning, red bell pepper, onion, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
- Lightly grease or line your baking tray.
- Roll out the dough and cut into equal squares. Place filling in the center of each, fold the edges, and pinch to seal. Set seam-side down on the tray.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
