Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Slice cucumbers into thick coins. For extra crunch, lightly salt and pat dry them before adding to the bowl.
