These Chicken and Broccoli Burgers are a flavorful, healthy twist on the classic burger. Juicy ground chicken and finely chopped broccoli come together with simple seasonings to create golden, crispy-edged patties perfect for any meal.

- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 stalks Green Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, chopped broccoli, garlic, green onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Lightly oil the skillet or grill pan again if needed.
- With damp hands, form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Place patties in the hot skillet. Cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for 2 minutes after cooking. Optional: toast your buns or layer with cheese while hot.
- Serve with salad, on buns, or in wraps with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli and chop it finely for best texture.
- Chill mixture for 10 minutes before forming patties to make shaping easier.
- Add grated cheese or herbs for extra flavor.
- Can be baked at 400°F for 20 minutes if preferred.
