Description

Chicken Bell Pepper Ranch Burritos are flavorful wraps filled with tender chicken, sautéed bell peppers, creamy ranch dressing, and melted cheese, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped cilantro, sour cream, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onion; sauté until tender, about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Add shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for easier rolling.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and spread about 2 tbsp ranch dressing in the center.
  5. Divide the chicken and pepper mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the filling.
  7. Optional: add chopped cilantro, sour cream, or jalapeños as desired.
  8. Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to enclose the filling.
  9. Optional: heat the burritos in a pan or oven for a crispy finish and melted cheese.
