Description

Chicken Caesar Wraps are a quick and satisfying meal made with tender chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese wrapped in soft tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken pieces
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil if warming the chicken.
  2. Toss the cooked chicken with half of the Caesar dressing in a mixing bowl.
  3. Warm the chicken in the skillet for a few minutes if desired.
  4. Lay out the tortillas and add romaine lettuce, chicken, parmesan cheese, and remaining dressing.
  5. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas before assembling to prevent tearing.
  • Do not overfill wraps for easier rolling.
  • Store components separately if making ahead.
