- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken pieces
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil if warming the chicken.
- Toss the cooked chicken with half of the Caesar dressing in a mixing bowl.
- Warm the chicken in the skillet for a few minutes if desired.
- Lay out the tortillas and add romaine lettuce, chicken, parmesan cheese, and remaining dressing.
- Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Warm tortillas before assembling to prevent tearing.
- Do not overfill wraps for easier rolling.
- Store components separately if making ahead.
