Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
