Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Napa cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, vegetable oil, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Top with toasted almonds, sesame seeds, and crispy chow mein noodles just before serving.
- Serve immediately for the best crunch and flavor.
