Description

Soft, naturally sweet chocolate truffles made with banana and dates, coated in crunchy nuts for a simple no-bake treat.

  • 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. Combine Ingredients: Add dates, mashed banana, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and half of the chopped nuts into the food processor.
