Description

Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert Cups are rich, no-bake treats with a creamy peanut butter layer topped with smooth chocolate, all nestled in a cookie or graham cracker base. Perfect for satisfying sweet cravings quickly.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers (or cookie crumbs) with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottoms of muffin liners or silicone cups to form the base. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  3. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  4. Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the tops.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and cream together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  7. Chill the dessert cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until set.
  8. Once set, remove from liners and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can use mini muffin tins for bite-sized portions.
  • Top with a sprinkle of sea salt, crushed peanuts, or mini chocolate chips for extra texture and flavor.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
