- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully combined and smooth.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds, filling each halfway. Press gently to even out.
- In another bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and smooth the tops with a spoon.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely set.
- Carefully pop the fudge hearts out of the molds and enjoy.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy release and clean edges.
- Let fudge sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for best texture.
- Add flaky sea salt or chopped nuts on top before the chocolate sets for extra flavor and crunch.
