Description

These heart-shaped chocolate peanut butter fudge bites are rich, creamy, and perfect for sharing. With a smooth peanut butter base and a glossy chocolate top, they’re the ultimate no-bake treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds, filling each halfway. Press gently to even out.
  4. In another bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and smooth the tops with a spoon.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely set.
  7. Carefully pop the fudge hearts out of the molds and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easy release and clean edges.
  • Let fudge sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for best texture.
  • Add flaky sea salt or chopped nuts on top before the chocolate sets for extra flavor and crunch.
