Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in diced apples.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cake cool completely before glazing.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with a few drops of milk or vanilla to form a glaze. Drizzle over cooled cake.
- Slice and serve as desired.
